Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Additionally included in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend labelling various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight process.
